TRX Legs n Core

Here's today's workout. Let's use the TRX Suspension Trainer for legs and core.
Do each exercise 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest repeated 3-4 times.
Legs:
Squats
Balance Lunge
Cross Balance Lunge
Lunge with foot in craddle
Abducted lunge
Hamstring curl
Sprinters start

Core:
Hip Drop
Roll Out
Kneeling oblique roll out
TRX Crunch
Oblique Crunch
