Being sick sucks. It really sets you back in work and workouts. You might try to fight through but that might make it worse. Sometimes you just need to take it easy. Rest your body. When you're sick you're body is saying it needs a timeout. I'm sick right now and I hate that it's slowing me down. I know when I feel better I'll be back at it attacking the world. Rest up and come back refreshed to concur.
