Still a bit sick from last week. It's hard to take time of from training but sometimes you need it. Its great to train hard and stay focused. Sometimes its hard to take time off. I'm going to rest this week and not lift. I haven't done that in a while.
I plan on coming back stronger next week. Heavy lifting and heavy intensity. I will change my routines up focusing only on multijoint movement lifts. Mainly Deadlift, Bench, Squat, Heavy Rows! I'll keep you posted on my progress.
