Someone asked me what are the best exercises to ferris of love handles? I love that question along with "what exercise can I do to get rid of my belly fat?" Well here is the answer. Here is the miracle cure. Here is the routine/exercises/way to get rid of your tummy.......

It's called the Shake Weight. HA!! Get serious.

It's called nutrition. It's called burning fat. It's called building strong muscles. It's called watching the alcohol intake.

Obviously it takes work from a person to get rid of the love handles. I can't just tell you to do 50 crunches a day and they'll be gone. Burning fat is a total body experience. Find exercises that will use major muscle groups. Get your cardio in using interval training.

Most important is nutrition! Eat right. Eat at the right times.

It's not easy. If it was there would be a lot more fit people. Chances are if your just asking to get rid of love handles you're not far from your goal. Stay with it and be confident. You'll get there.
