PPRJ at home lower body training

Here's a vid I shot back on memorial day. I figured I'd bring it back since it has been beautiful outside in in NJ and it's the USMC birthday.

If you don't have time to get to the gym you should still find time to train. You can train anywhere anytime. Lack of a gym, lack of money are not acceptable excuses for lack of fitness. I've seen people with lack of limbs hitting it hard and getting sh*t done. Our US MArines don't make excuses when they put their lives on the line for our freedom! We owe it to them to keep moving.

Find a way to keep moving. If you stop you will die quicker! That might be a harsh statement but that's more of a reality than you might think. Go look at a puddle of stagnant water. Does it look healthy? Think about the water in your body. Don't let it get stagnant. Keep moving and keep moving forward.

Thanks again to the USMC and happy birthday! Also thanks to our veterans who have served and those who are currently keeping us free and allowing me to be able to do what I do. I can never thank you enough!!
